Clear floors, furniture, and countertops of miscellaneous items so the team can reach every surface. Clutter is the #1 cause of extended cleaning times.
Booked a move-in/out clean, or extras like fridge, oven, or cabinets? Please empty those areas completely beforehand.
For first-time cleans we ask for a short video walkthrough of your home so we can prepare properly.
If a home needs more effort than expected due to clutter or challenging conditions, we may suggest Heavy-Duty or Extra TLC — always with your approval first.
We work hard for exceptional results following standard cleaning protocols — but if a home is in poor condition, we can't guarantee a miraculous transformation.
In cases of extreme clutter, hoarding, or hazardous environments, we reserve the right to refuse service or skip specific areas for safety reasons.
